With extensive experience in global fintech, brokerage, and digital platforms, he has a proven track record of scaling businesses and driving profitability. Before joining Next Securities, he served as CEO of Toss Securities, where he led the company to profitability, growing it into Korea's fastest-growing mobile brokerage and a dominant position in U.S. equity trading. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at TikTok, where he built and scaled monetization and business operations across Korea and Southeast Asia, overseeing multi-billion-dollar revenue growth.

Byungjoo Rhee Lee has served as the CEO of Next Securities starting in October 2020. He secured regulatory approval for a securities brokerage business targeting professional investors and established the IB (Investment Banking) division, successfully transitioning Next Securities from a futures-focused firm into a full-fledged securities company. Under his leadership, the company achieved consecutive profitability in 2023 and 2024, significantly improving its financial performance and strengthening its capabilities as a comprehensive investment brokerage. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Korea University and an MBA from Korea University Business School.

Hongmin Choi is overseeing business operations of Next Securities as COO. He is a business expert with 10 years of experience in global management consulting firms and investment firms. Prior to joining Next Securities, he has served as corporate strategy lead at Toss Securities overseeing the development and execution of corporate strategy, contributing to the company's profitability. He has also worked at McKinsey & Company leading corporate transformation initiatives for corporations in financial & consumer sectors. His has also engaged in investment activities based on value investing targeting global companies at hedge funds/family offices in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Jieun Park, Head of Finance, is leading financial strategy, planning and operations at Next Securities. Possessing over 18 years of experience in the financial sector, she has managed financial planning and accounting in various financial firms in Korea including Hana Capital, DGB Capital, KIDB, Meritz Capital. Prior to joining Next Securities, she has also served as finance leader at Toss Securities overseeing budgeting and financial reporting of the company.
