Next Securities Establishes Dedicated Trust & Safety (T&S) Organization

• Move to strengthen content integrity framework for AI- and content-driven investment platform

• Appoints T&S leader with experience from TikTok Korea

Next Securities announced today that it has established a dedicated Trust & Safety (T&S) organization to enhance its AI-and-content-driven investment platform, and has appointed a senior leader with experience from a global content platform to head the function.

The establishment of the T&S organization reflects the company’s efforts to systematically manage the reliability and safety of content in an environment where investment information and digital content increasingly converge. The T&S team will be responsible for ▲reviewing compliance and safety of videos and AI-generated content, ▲developing content review policies and operational processes, ▲advancing AI-based content moderation systems, and ▲establishing proactive risk identification and response frameworks. The organization will work in close collaboration with Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams to build an integrated content governance framework that combines technology, policy, and operations.

The newly appointed T&S leader previously played a key role at TikTok Korea from the early stages of the platform and led content policy development and T&S operations during a period of rapid growth. Leveraging experience in managing large-scale video content ecosystems, the leader will focus on establishing content review standards aligned with financial regulations while progressively incorporating global best practices at Next Securities.

Meanwhile, Next Securities is currently developing a new video-based investment platform. To support its new business initiatives, the company has recruited talent from a range of financial institutions as well as leading technology and platform companies, including TikTok, Musinsa, Coupang, Kakao, and HYBE. Through the establishment of the T&S organization, the company aims to further strengthen platform governance across content trust, safety, and regulatory compliance.
